Registration Information

  • STILL ACCEPTING REGISTRATIONS: As space allows, we will accept registrations for camps until the day before the camp's start date with the exception of sports camps.
  • Eric Mouton Basketball Camp and Upper Deck Baseball Camp WILL accept walk ups the first day of camp.
  • Registration is for the grade level the child will be attending in the fall of 2017. All campers should be potty-trained to attend camp.
  • Every effort will be made to accommodate camp change requests made prior to May 22, 2017. After that date, all changes will require the approval of the Director of Summer Programs.
  • Due to staffing and supplies, there will be no refunds for absences, illnesses, or withdrawals after May 22, 2017. Camps cancelled due to low enrollment will result in a full refund.
  • Proration is no longer available. Please understand that when we book camps, we rely on fees to pay instructors and cover all materials, regardless of your camper joining us for one day or all five.
  • Parents are responsible for prompt student drop-off and pick-up. If your child arrives late, please walk him/her to the main entrance of the check-in location for the appropriate campus.
  • Children are expected to conduct themselves in a polite and respectful manner while at camp. The Ascension Episcopal School administration reserves the right to ask campers to leave Summer at Ascension if instances of poor conduct detract from the quality of other campers’ experiences.
  • Summer at Ascension takes digital photos of camp activities and campers for our news and promotional publications (print and electronic). If you have questions about the use of your child’s photograph, please contact the Director of Auxiliary Programs at summer@aesgators.org.
